RC4WD ­ Hrcct Scale Rc Trial Championship - Season opening


The 2014 season opening was organised in the Valkó forest, near Gödöllő. Luckily we had a beautyful sunny spring raceday. The track was fine, tricky slopes, interesting pine forest, and lots of competitors. On the top of the hill, far from the traffic we could start the technical insepctions after the track was specified.



The track contained two sections, one in the woods, the other is on the loose slope, containing many tricky gates and funny traffic signs.





The competitors:

We had more than 30 entries, many of them we knew from the previous years, but there were a few new faces as usual The sequece was drawn at the scene. Since the tracks contained loose grounds, it changed thorugh the race... The gates which were easy in the begining getting harder and harder, so it was a real challenge.

The complete race time was around 20-50 minutes depending on the racers. Some had a few technical difficulties, bad batteries, flat tires etc.

After 6 hours racing we could announced the winners:

Remeteszurdok Summary

Our second race was a quite challenging one
The weather was luckily quite calm, after a week of thunderstorms.
Despite it there was no water in the streambed The two stages
was now a bit more tricky than usual... without a relyable winch it
was near to impossible to complete.
