Hungarian RC trial Championship 2013


Description of the vehicles:

- Plastic, wooden or metal body only
- Full body needed, including doors, read and front bumpers, drop or faltbeds etc..
- Front windschield is required
- Closed body with doors (e.g. stock Pajero body). For roofless/open/cabrio vehicles full interior and roll cage are required (dash, seats, trasmission, side panels)
- All tires must be the same
- Only front wheel steering allowed
- Batteries must be attached to the chassis (axle or link mounts are not allowed)
- At least half of the wheel must be under the body (including fenders)
- DIG or any similar axle braking system is not allowed
- Ladder frame (e.g. Axial SCX) and Tamiya XC/CC/TA like chassis BOTH allowed, but
- Crawler and stick chassis are not allowed!
- One car per competitor allowed
- Minimal light system required (2 white LEDs at front and 2 red LEDs at rear)
- Minimal wheelbase: 242mm
- Minimal track width: 190mm (measured from the outer side of the tyres)

Suspension:
- 4 shocks required with vertical mount (+-20 deg. difference allowed only - no crawler style mounts!)

Tires, wheels:
- All 1.55 and 1.9 tires and wheels allowed, but
- Maximal tyre diameter is 116mm.


Drive:
- Single, electric motor allowed only (can be brushed or brushless)
- No battery size, voltage or capacity limitation (e.g. LiPo)

Winch and external tools
- Wich usage is for +5pt/connection, except free winch points
- External helping tools, carried by the vehicle, presented upon entry, is allowed (e.g. rope, ramps)



The race:
- Time has less importance than scale look and precisitiy.
- Starting points are 200.
- The scale point are deducts these at entry (max. 40pt).
- After the completed race, the collected faults are added.
- The less point are the better.
- Average gate width: 26cm
- Any tuch of a gate +15pt
- Hand tuch of the vehicle (e.g. manual roll over): +30pt
- All gates must be completed, at least tried to complete. Gate miss: +30pt
- Repair time during the event is maximum 1x5 minutes. (If the repair is not done under this time, the competitor will be disqualified)
- Starting order is drawn after the last entry.
- One driver can enter only one Class!
Missing mandatory scale accessiores: +10pt/item

Practice:
- Off-track local pactice is allowed, not disturbing the actual competitor.

CLASS 1 rules
1. Full hard body (e.g. stock or modified Tamiya Pajero, Hilux etc. or handmade styrene bodies e.g. Leo's G Mercedes )
2. Front windshield and door windows
(if you dont have windows, the car must have full interior)
3. bumpers (front + rear)
4. 1 box
5. 1 tow rope
6. 1 jerry can
7. windshield wipers (fake)
8. first aid kit
9. scale license plate with country code (based on your contry regulations)
furthermore, waterproof electronics and winch are advised


CLASS 2 rules
differences from Class1:
1. lexan body (e.g. stock or modified Axial or Proline bodies)




Points are based on rankings on each event:
1st. place......20pt
2nd. place.....18pt
3rd. place......15pt
4th. place......12pt
5th. place......10pt
6th. place........8pt
7th. place........6pt
8th. place........4pt
9th. place........2pt
10th. place......1pt

Thank you guys for the translation - sounds very cool and i think there would be no problem with the rules!

One question: How many sections are to drive on a event? And how long would be the drive time? Ok, that was 2 questions :mrgreen:

Usually there are two stages on an event. The usual drive time is between 10-30 minutes on each stage, depending on the driver.
